Before you book

What happens if my charter flight is canceled?

With us, one of three written remedies: a substitute aircraft at no additional charge, commercial first-class rebooking, or a full refund plus flight credit. The remedy exists in writing before you book — that's the point.

Operator call-out failures are rare and real: mechanical findings, crew timing, weather positioning. What separates charter experiences isn't whether that ever happens — it's whether anyone wrote down what happens next. Our guarantee is published, applies without a membership, and doesn't require a negotiation while you're standing on a ramp.

Refunds follow the same policy: err on the client's side, written the same day. If a refund conversation ever feels like a fight, something has gone wrong on our end — and we treat it that way.

JetNine is an indirect air carrier — Part 295 broker. All flights operated by FAA Part 135 certified carriers.
