Before you book, confirm.

- 03Which operator flies the trip, and what certificate do they hold?
- 04What third-party safety rating does that operator carry — and is it a requirement or a coincidence?
- 05What are the pilot minimums — hours, type rating, two-crew?
- 06What insurance does the operator carry, and is a certificate available before booking?
- 07What is the written remedy if the operator fails the call-out?
- 08What's the cancellation and refund policy, in writing?
- 09Who do you call mid-trip, and do they answer around the clock?
- 10Are catering, ground transfer, and pet or baggage fees itemized before acceptance?
