Provide exact airports, departure date, earliest local departure time and any arrival deadline with its time zone. Include every passenger, baggage dimensions and special needs. Say whether nearby airports or a different departure time could work.
Understand what can limit departure
A suitable aircraft and crew must be available. Airport access, operating hours, weather, permits, border arrangements and the flight plan may affect timing. Urgency does not remove these checks or the operator’s safety responsibilities.
Separate a quote from a confirmed booking
Ask how long the offer is valid and what secures the booking. Confirm the operating carrier, proposed aircraft, complete price, payment instructions and change terms. Ask specifically what is confirmed and what is still pending.
