Plan every leg
Quick answer: A proposed schedule is not a confirmed itinerary. Aircraft, crew, airports and permissions must be checked for every leg.

One itinerary. Every detail accounted for.

Plan corporate private jet itineraries with multiple stops, passenger changes and meeting deadlines.

01

Start with the business schedule

List meeting locations, earliest departures and latest useful arrivals. Include local dates, time zones and realistic ground-transfer buffers for each stop.

02

Plan each passenger movement

Record the number travelling on every leg, including anyone joining or leaving. Reconfirm baggage, catering and assistance as the group changes.

03

Check the whole operating day

Waiting between meetings can affect the operating plan. Ask about crew availability, airport hours, parking, slots and the effect of a later departure on remaining legs.

04

Agree how changes are approved

Name one travel coordinator and a budget approver. Ask the operator to reassess affected legs before distributing a revised, versioned itinerary.
